Homemade Body Lotion Recipes

Okay for those of us who want to help heal our skin, keep it tight, and keep it as moist as possible there is a great recipe that you can make at home. Or you can buy the creams and mix them together what were going for is an all natural approach to a skin repairing, anti-aging, and keep it healthier.

  • 1/2 Coconut
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/16 Raspberry or Lavender



Apple is a natural fruit that has a wide range of vitamins including vitamin C which as we all know is the king of all vitamins. This has the “repairing” qualities of the recipe that you want. You can get it in full form and blend it up or get a cream or there are several lotions you can buy. It all depends on how homemade you want to go.


Coconut has a bunch of vitamins but mostly it’s good for the thick cream/oil that it has. These natural oils and nutrients not only stay on your skin longer but go deeper because of it. This is the deep moisturizing penetration that you’re looking for.

Raspberry or Lavender

Both known for their extensive list of vitamins but also their incredible smell, when you’re going with homemade making it smell amazing is a good thing. All of these natural body lotions are good for your skin will not only repair it but moisturize and protect. You can go with any organic body lotion you want but making sure you add these two is important they really are the best you can get for your skin.
